Crosby Associates have also provided the Black Country Chamber of Commerce with a mobile app. This app encourages members to stay aligned with the chamber through regular updates, news and social networking information.
A comprehensive Member Directory is also included which will increase inter-trading between the Chambers many members by making it easier for them to get in touch with each other about related matters. The Black Country Chamber wanted only Chamber members to access the member directory so a member login was created where a username and password is required to access member information. The App updates members on other chamber services they may not have known about
