Halton Chamber of Commerce were looking for ways to improve communication channels with members with the ultimate aim of increasing the retention levels of those members each year.
Crosby Associates developed a mobile app for Halton that gives its members news, details on upcoming events and allows members to interact with each other a lot easier through an interactive member directory. The App also provides information on other services offered by Halton Chamber of Commerce that members may not be aware of, further helping with retaining members.
