Connected – The Reset Journal
Reset provide a unique contractor and compliance management system that is already widely used across the UK and is growing rapidly. Geographically, Reset’s client base extends from Plymouth to Aberdeen and everywhere in between.
Predominantly used in Facilities Maintenance (FM), Reset’s live information platform helps Buildings and Estates Managers remain compliant with their HSE and legal obligations, in regard to the control and competence of third party contractors on site. Via Company Membership, and the Reset Individual Card they provide an online portal and mobile applications to allow the client to manage and check the contractor’s compliance. This can be done at organisational level, as well as verifying the attending individual’s qualifications and competences. Further services include a self-service check-in for cardholders by either a touch screen terminal or via a mobile device using the Reset Virtual Card App alongside RFID and GPS technology.
On all of their client sites Reset are dealing directly with the Estates and premises Managers, from Operational to Director level, and the common factor across the sectors is that they all need to use and manage external contractors to keep their premises maintained and serviced.
Contractors are mandated by the Client to become Reset Members and obtain Reset Individual Cards to enable them to work on the Client’s site. The contractors engaged cover all services required for the Facilities Maintenance and upkeep of the premises; builders, electrical, mechanical, roofing, flooring, equipment servicing etc. as well as many ‘soft’ additional services such as landscaping, pest control, hygiene, vending etc.
Reset’s client base utilising these contractors covers both public and private sectors, including over 200 NHS sites, and they have recently commenced roll out with the Facilities Management division of Compass, the UKs largest food service provider operating on over 5000 sites across the UK. Other sectors using Reset include Education (schools, colleges and universities), MoD sites, Sports Grounds, Leisure Facilities and Airports.
The magazine will be delivered to both the Client Estate and Building Managers, all decision makers, as well as the Contracting Companies that service them, creating a circulation of over 14,000 in both hard copy and digital versions.
So, if you want to promote your products or services to the Building and Estates Managers, the FM Contractors, or both, there will be no better channel than ‘Connected’ to provide a direct route to this captive audience.
